Eligibility & Accounts

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or league rules.

Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Additional terms may apply.
  • Refunds, where applicable, follow OFSL policies communicated at registration.

Conduct & Safety

You agree to follow OFSL rules and to behave respectfully and safely toward other participants. OFSL may remove participants who engage in unsafe or abusive behavior.

Schedules & Changes

OFSL may modify schedules, formats, or locations due to facility availability, safety, weather, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.

Intellectual Property

Site content is owned by OFSL or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFSL disclaims all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, OFSL and its directors, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OFSL harmless from claims arising from your use of the website or participation in league activities, except to the extent caused by OFSL's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
