MEN'S Attacking  

In this session on attacking, players will work through progressive drills that emphasize approach footwork, timing with the setter, arm swing mechanics, and shot selection. Activities include isolated hitting reps, transition-to-attack drills, and live-tempo sequences designed to improve consistency, power, and decision-making at the net. Small game situation drills may also be implemented based on the group's skill level. By the end of the session, athletes should feel more confident executing a variety of attacks.

Dates: Oct 17, 2026.

2 hour session - 1 head coach and 2-4 assistant coaches based on the number of registered players.

Time: Sunday, 9:00 am - 11:00 am
